The Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority (ACRA) is the national regulator of business entities, public accountants and corporate service providers in Singapore.
Login at BizFile + Go to Buy Information ; Upon successful payment, an email on the guide for product download will be sent to you within 15 minutes. Alternatively, if the purchase is done via Singpass, you can login at ACRA BizFile + portal, click on Messages to access the above same email message.

It enables the public to access a suite of over 300 electronic services ranging from the submission of statutory documents, and to retrieve and purchase information pertaining to business entities registered with ACRA.
To change your company’s name, or update any of the above information, visit www.bizfile.gov.sg > File eServices > Local Company > Make Changes > Change in Company Information including Appointment/Cessation of Company Officers/Auditors.

Access to this system will be restricted to authorised individuals using Singpass/ Corppass, ensuring the security and privacy of the content of these documents and information.
