The Nan Lian Garden (Chinese: 南蓮園池; Cantonese Yale: nàamlìn yún chì) is a Chinese classical garden in Diamond Hill, Hong Kong near Diamond Hill station. The garden has an area of 3.5 hectares (8.6 acres).
The Nan Lian Garden is a beautiful and serene space literally in the middle of the concrete jungle of Hong Kong. Not precisely around the corner but easily accesible with the MTR, the Diamond Hill station is a five-minute walk from the gardens.
Occupying an area of 3.5 hectares, "Nan Lian Garden" is built in the Tang Dynasty style. Besides adorned with characteristic timber structures, the garden is studded with clusters of bizarre rocks and planted with lots of old and valuable trees.
A beautiful oasis of serenity in the heart of Hong Kong's bustling city centre, surrounded by concrete and motorways... however, once you're inside the gates of the park, the grime and noise of the city seems to disappear and you're left to peacefully wonder these beautifully manicured gardens and enjoy some peace and quiet.

Nan Lian Garden opens daily from 7am to 9pm and admission is free of charge. Crowd management measures will be implemented when too many visitors arrive at the same time. Such measures are expected to be necessary when the garden first opens.
