Three people die and the lives of other civic leaders, including Mayor Santori and wealthy Arnold Cutler, are jeopardized as terrorists set fire to an Ocean City hotel during a hospital benefit party. Bronk captures the ringleader, but his girl associates kidnap Cutler's son and offer Bronk a deal.
A vet cop in uniform is killed in the street during a hold-up, whilst in the same time Bronco argues with his superiors, his hierarchy, because he needs more men to fight criminality. The cop killed was a good friend of Bronco.
Terrorists torch a hotel and hold a civic leader's son hostage. A failed bank robbery leads back to the death of Bronk's wife. Police arrest a drugged prostitute for a businessman's stabbing....
