The Land Transport Authority (LTA) will open licence applications for bicycle-sharing and motorised Personal Mobility Device (PMD)-sharing services on 4 January 2019. Applications are to be submitted via LTA’s website by the closing date of 11 February 2019. For more information, please refer to the attached News Release. 03 Jan 2019
