Mar 1, 2020 · As part of the STB’s efforts to go digital and expedite licence issuance to travel agents, STB will be transiting towards the issuance of the Travel Agent licence in a downloadable digital format via TRUST from 15 September 2022.
TRUST is a digital platform for travel agents in Singapore to access licensing information and industry reports.
From 11 April 2021 onwards, all business users (with UEN-registered entities) including Travel Agents and Training Providers. will have to login with their Singpass instead of Corppass. For more information, visit go.gov.sg/corporate-login.

Nov 2, 2022 · As part of STB’s efforts to go digital and streamline workflows, all TA Licences will be issued electronically via the Travel Agents and Tourist Guides Licensing System (TRUST) with effect from 15 September 2022. Travel agents will be able to access their licence via the TRUST portal after their licence applications or renewals are approved.
If you have lost your tourist guide licence, you need to inform STB immediately and lodge a police report for the loss of licence.
