Changi Sailing Club's boatyard holds small boats - nice beach cats, hi-tech racing skiffs, laser dinghies and the like, plus the little Hansa 2.3 (previously known as Access 2.3 dinghies) which are tiny accessible keelboats designed by Australian boat designer Chris Mitchell. The Hansa fleets are raced by differently-abled folk worldwide.
