Applicants who are currently not studying in MOE schools, including Returning Singaporeans (Citizens or PRs) and International Students, are required to apply for a Registration Number (RGxxxxxxx) to access the DSA-Sec Portal at: https://go.gov.sg/nmsdsa-sec-application before applying for DSA.
