Facility Booking Rates. Residents of HDB properties of Marine Parade Town are able to book the common facilities within their estate for functions and funerals. Bookings to use the facilities are strictly on a first-come, first-served basis, and are subjected to the Town Council’s approval.

The Town Councils Act was enacted on 5 August 1988 to empower Town Councils to take over the management and maintenance of the common property at public housing estates from HDB. The first three Town Councils gazetted were Ang Mo Kio South, Ang Mo Kio West and Cheng San Town Councils.
