Mar 28, 2024 · 22 April 2024 - With effect from 22 April 2024, Mrs Chia-Tern Huey Min has assumed the position as the Chief Executive of the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority (ACRA) and is appointed as a member of the Accounting Standards Committee. The composition of the Committee can be found here.
All of ACRA's registration, filling and information services are available online at www.bizfile.gov.sg. Customers who wish to seek assistance on business registration matters at our service counters are advised to make an e-appointment at least 3 working days in advance before their visit.
Note: Forms that need not be lodged with ACRA. Please note that certain forms are still required to be submitted to the Official Receiver or other parties.
