The Civil Service College (CSC) was established as a statutory board under the Public Service Division in 2001. As the heart of the learning for the Singapore Public Service, we deliver an innovative, inspiring and impactful learning experience for public officers.
Programme Overview. The HR Foundation Programme (HRFP) is the first of a series of HR milestone programmes. It is a comprehensive five day programme that serves as an introduction to HR in the Civil Service.
