The official opening of the long-awaited National Gallery Singapore saw the opening of several stellar dining establishments, and Yàn is one of the gastronomic destinations that every epicurean should make a special trip to.
Yan Restaurant at National Gallery Singapore is a Cantonese restaurant by the Park Hotel Group. Helmed by Hong Kong-born chef Chan Kung Lai, who was from the Park Palace Restaurant, Yan offers good Cantonese cuisine that is artfully presented.

It has lived up to its given meaning of “宴”, which loosely translates to feast, offering an exceptional repertoire of authentic Cantonese fare, and now, it’s time to pass on the mantle, chef-wise of course.
