Home. Employers and Community Support. Manage NSmen Payments. Manage your employees’ Make-Up Pay Claims online, such as submitting them or enquiring on past and current claims. Employers play an important role by supporting our NSmen in the defence of our country.
After registering for a Corppass account, you may login to OneNS to access the ‘Employee Payment Management’ eService. On the eService, you will need to assign at least one Certifying Officer to verify and/or submit new claims or amendments on behalf of the company.
An offender can be fined up to $100,000 and/or imprisoned up to 20 years if found guilty of unauthorised access, use, reproduction, possession, modification, interception, damage or transfer (including such attempts) of this and any content therein. If you are not authorised to use this system, please do not attempt to login.
If you are a locally-registered company, you will need to register for a Corppass account in order to access the ‘Employee Payment Management’ eService, to view and manage or propose amendments to the MUP claims for your NSmen/SV employees. Refer to the ' Employer User Guide ' tab and/or register for a Corppass account on the Corppass website. dark

Employers who are based overseas and unable to login to NS Portal via CorpPass may submit the MUP claim and relevant supporting documents via the following FormSG link https://go.gov.sg/osemployment. Self-Employed NSmen. There are three claim options for self-employed NSmen.
Manage NSmen Payments. Via Manage NSmen Payments on the NS Portal, you can: Initiate the employed Make-Up Pay Claim Process. Submit/Cancel your self-employed Make-Up Pay claim. View your current and past claim amounts. Enquire about NS payments. Opt for payment notification by SMS and/or e-mail.
