- This Act is divided into Parts, Divisions and Subdivisions as follows
- (1) The written laws mentioned in the First Schedule to the extent to which they are therein expressed to be repealed or amended are hereby repealed or amended accordingly.

(b) a person has notified the company or foreign company under section 386AJ(1) of the Act that the person is a registrable controller and has provided those particulars.
