Overseas Bank Limited (“UOB”) credit card which is issued in Singapore (“UOB Card”): (i) whose UOB Card is not yet activated; and (ii) who have received an Electronic Short Message Service (“SMS”) or an electronic direct mailer (“EDM”) from UOB inviting them to participate in the Promotion, (each, a “Cardmember”).
