Credit card service refers to ICBC's general service ranging from the application and replacement of Debit and Credit Combo Card, the repayment of overdraft, to the inquiry and modification of credit card information through personal internet banking and telephone banking.
Before you go abroad, you need to activate the debit card Overseas usage function, this function can be activated over the counter, done over service hotline at 6369 5588 or via mobile banking( All-Financial Assistant-Card Service-Overseas Transaction Lock ).
Please bring along your Identification card and your ICBC Credit card to any branches closest to you to activate your credit card.
