Every bake has a story and What The Fudge is special because this is the story for Once Upon a Time. A friend decided she had enough of just looking at photos of my bakes and placed an order. She liked it so much, she then ordered it for friends.

What The Fudge. The brownie that started it all. Once Upon A Time turns one in May and we thought this would be the best time to bring it back. Celebrating our first year with #WTFudge feels right. We believe brownies should be fudgy, if not we’re better off eating chocolate cake.
May 19, 2021 · The actress and Le Cordon Bleu-trained baker’s patisserie Once Upon A Time, which occupies a shophouse unit in the hip Jalan Besar enclave, opens online for pre-orders at 10am on May 25. For the past few weeks, Jeanette has been busy getting used to her new kitchen and equipment.
