  1. May 30, 2015 · The DA* 16-50 is my most versatile walk around lens. If I expect to be walking more indoors or other tight spaces then the Tamron 10-24. But my favorite walk around "lens" is the Ricoh GR. Perfect for street photography. It's so compact that I bring it everywhere. Images are very sharp. The user interface is fantastic. You mentioned macro lenses.

  2. Nov 24, 2023 · Decided to take a walk in the park to test it and after about 20 blocks my arm was getting numb. I had a tripod with me, but I didn't bother using it since it was a nice bright day and relied in my camera 5 axis stabilizer. Focusing is kind of difficult when shooting without a tripod and pretty critical when subjects are moving.

  3. Aug 21, 2017 · Posts: 4. K1 LCD not turning on. Hi all, until 2 days ago my K1 was not giving me any issues. Today I tried it again and the LCD screen does not turn on, which means that I'm totally unable to access menus and review images. I tried turning the camera off and on again pressing the MENU button, to remove the battery for some minutes, to install ...

  4. Mar 22, 2024 · I just purchased a Super Takumar variant of the lens and took it for a walk in the park. My initial impressions are that it is a superb lens. I also own a SMC 135mm f3.5 and between the two the 150mm is awesome. The size between the two is nearly identical.

Good for birding and a walk in the park. They have held up well. In late 2018 ago I got a pair of 8 x 25 A-Series AD WP Compact Binocular.

  6. The local photo shop sponsored an evening photo walk around the newly rebuilt park downtown on a Friday evening. Lots of people shots and of the new art works. I recalled shooting some advertising photos in the old park many years before, and how great the place looked in the early morning light back then.

Aug 3, 2019 · Took it on a little hike through a park and got some really fun close-ups and scenics. It might show slightly more flare wide open than say a $1,500 or $2,000 unit, but that can work to your advantage, otherwise use a hood or watch your angle to the sun. Here's a couple shots of a fern front I shot handheld, wide open in open shade on the park ...

Get the 18-270mm if you want an all in one solution, or the 18-135mm I'd you also plan to get a longer lens, as its image quality is better (and it focuses faster). 9. I just took a walk to the park and can post these photos. I haven't even really had time to look at 'em: Dropbox - Rabbit - Simplify your life Dropbox - Flight - Simplify your life----- Post added 04-24-21 at 12:56 PM -----^^^ make sure to download and open in your raw converter, Dropbox doesn't render the image correctly in-browser.

  10. Dec 9, 2014 · My 18-135 is the better performer, and much superior in build quality and features. No creep, no irritating zoom lock, smaller & lighter, WR, rounded blades, quick & silent AF, better colour & contrast, build quality like a pro lens. My 18-135 is equal or sharper everywhere than my 18-250, even in the corners, and shows less fringing and ...
