Feb 13, 2022 · I don’t LOVE Bernice but I also don’t hate it, and I wouldn’t hate hearing someone mistakenly calling her that before having it corrected. As for the accents, while it usually matters to me as someone who uses them in my language, I don’t mind at all if the name gets turned into Berenice without any accents by English speakers as I don’t think the accents make it as important.

Jun 16, 2024 · I know lots of people right now are fans of just using the “nickname” as a full name, but I have a full name and go buy a nn and I have always loved the options that gives me so that’s my personal preference. I’m looking for a name that gets to Birdie and isn’t too much of a stretch. I’ve considered Bernadette. It’s a maybe, but I think there could be something better. Help!
