Principal’s Message. Welcome to Bombay International School, a school started in the year 1962 with a commitment to excellence in education. BIS was started as a dream – a dream envisioned by our Founder Members, who were a group of parents aspiring towards a liberal secular education for their own and other children in the city.

Principal. Mr Arjun Rao studied History at the University of St Andrews in Scotland and at St Stephen’s College in the University of Delhi. He has lived all over India, having gone to boarding school in Ooty. He is married and his daughter studies at a Montessori school in Mumbai.
