Apr 23, 2024 · In the meantime, try resetting your browser then go back to Bing settings and turn off Safesearch mode. Relaunch the browser and try using Copilot again. Also, if you have any proxy or web extensions enabled, try disabling them and check to see if it fixes the issue. Please keep me posted.

Mar 28, 2024 · In reply to Billy Tarter's post on March 28, 2024. For me, I found the fix: I had a VPN turned on, and I forgot that. So I turned the VPN off and suddenly everything worked again. Sharing in the small chance this works for you too. Thanks for posting this. Copilot was doing the same to me with my VPN on. I turned off VPN and Copilot works again.

To do so, launch Registry Editor, then go to. HKCU\Software\Policies\Microsoft\Windows. On the left, right click on the Windows folder, go to New > Key, name it "WindowsCopilot".

May 19, 2024 · Report abuse. While utilizing Copilot as usual to assist with daily coding tasks, the more creative and more precise modes disappeared suddenly after I refreshed Microsoft Edge. This issue also occurred with the Copilot button on my Windows. Both modes vanished, leaving me with only the balanced mode to generate responses each day.
Jun 16, 2024 · I tried this, and got this working on Copilot: For the rest (e.g. Edge build-in copilot, Bing copilot, and Copilot in windows) you can just change Country/Region option in Bing setting here and all changes will apply across these services. If any of this didn't help. Try changing Windows's country/region (System setting) to the United States.
