  3. Mar 15, 2021 · I completely agree with the inflated prices around srisailam highway. They may not worth at that price considering the reality there, but how worth is investing in Dundigal. Prices are already more than 20K/sqyd even for the resale plots of Aparna dharani. Nearly 10 km away from ORR with only speculated IT SEZ as pulling factor ?!!

Feb 8, 2022 · Before dharani, when agricultural lands registration was happening in registration office, there were cases when people bribe and get registered though survey number is in prohibited list ( because system allowed it). But now dharani doesn't let you book for a slot if it's in prohibited list.
