Sep 8, 2019 · Just wanted to be sure on price. Hope it turns out to be a good investment. I have put in looking at Aparna's performance with layouts and position of this layout in HMDA master plan. I could see one rare unique advantage with this Dharani layout that I had seen with only one layout in Kollur (or may be there are handful more).
Oct 29, 2018 · Hi Friends, Last week I got a chance to visit Dharani Tulip Heights Phase 3 site (Isnapur), they mentioned about proposed 100 feet from their venture and since it is behind Gitam University they were convincing me that it is strategic location to investment. Want to know from people who bought in their venture ?
I completely agree with the inflated prices around srisailam highway. They may not worth at that price considering the reality there, but how worth is investing in Dundigal. Prices are already more than 20K/sqyd even for the resale plots of Aparna dharani. Nearly 10 km away from ORR with only speculated IT SEZ as pulling factor ?!!
Dec 16, 2021 · You can buy, but before that, please check if the LRS is fully paid, or paid just the application amount. Check the survey number map, prohibited properties from the Dharani website and also the registration website has a separate prohibited properties list.

Apr 16, 2023 · Sir, whoever said to you about HMDA norms, (its a communication gap might be), It is a Agriculture Land Only, land location/area comes under HMDA jurisdiction in Hyderabad. {On registration on farm plots, you wil get Registration at Tahsildar office and Pattadar-Passbook from Dharani Portal / TS govt to your house address.
