At the end of 2023, the Group deployed its rail expertise further in the Netherlands. With a presence in the country dating back to 1999, Keolis today operates the cross-country Valleilijn, between Amersfoort (Utrecht province) and Ede-Wageningen (Gelderland province).
On 16 April, Keolis’ subsidiary in Sweden, Keolis Sverige, was awarded a new contract by Västraffik, Gothenburg’s PTA, to operate and maintain an articulated fully electric bus fleet1 in the north-eastern part of the city. The ten-year contract, worth €150 million, will come into force in June 2022.
