Cependant l'adjectif peut s'écrire au féminin: Une règle peut être morale, mais un livre peut aussi être moral et des principes moraux. Dans ton expression on écrirait donc: avoir le moral dans les chaussettes.

Personne morale: both "legal person" and "legal entity" exist but as a law professional I am personally more comfortable and familiar with "legal entity". If you check frequency of these expressions in Google, "legal entity" is about 4 times more frequent than "legal person".
