Japan’s third largest economic center. With over two million inhabitants, Nagoya (名古屋) is Japan's fourth most populated city after Tokyo, Yokohama and Osaka. It is the capital of Aichi Prefecture and the principal city of the Nobi plain, one of Honshu's three large plains and metropolitan and industrial centers.

- Nagoya Castle: Visit a 400-year-old Samurai Castle. Nagoya Castle has been a symbol of Nagoya for over 400 years. Originally constructed in 1612 by Tokugawa Ieyasu, the military ruler who established the Edo period (1603-1868), the structure stands at an impressive 48m in height.
