Strelna (Russian: Стре́льна, IPA: [ˈstrʲelʲnə]) is a municipal settlement in Petrodvortsovy District of the federal city of Saint Petersburg, Russia, about halfway between Saint Petersburg proper and Petergof, and overlooking the shore of the Gulf of Finland.

The Strelna palace and park ensemble is located 19 kilometers from St. Petersburg, on the southern shore of the Gulf of Finland, near the Strelka and Kikenka rivers. In 2001, by decree of the President of the Russian Federation Vladimir V. Putin, a global reconstruction of the ensemble was carried out.
