That means you find the same so-so video features (all located on the included standard Blu-ray), The Journey of “Rain Man” and Lifting the Fog: A Look at the Mysteries of Autism. Oct 3, 2009 · Picture 7/10. For their Blu-ray edition of Mira Nair’s Monsoon Wedding Criterion presents the film in its original aspect ratio of 1.85:1 on this dual-layer Blu-ray disc. The picture is presented in 1080p. The same high-definition transfer used as the basis for the DVD edition looks to be the same one found here but not downscaled of course.
Gregg Araki’s Teen Apocalypse Trilogy. Slight presentation setbacks aside, this is a well-assembled set that offers the best available versions of all three films after decades of relative obscurity. With a solid set of features exploring the ins and outs of '90s indie filmmaking, fans should have plenty of fun diving into this collection.
