The fresh tiger prawns of the Tiger Prawn Capellini are cooked in a medley of secret herbs and spices accompanied by Alice’s own prawn stock concoction, which itself takes 12 hours to prepare.

Aug 27, 2024 · Alice Boulangerie is a popular cafe in Tanjong Pagar. The last time we visited Alice Boulangerie in 2021, we got to try some of their signature desserts: bi-colour croissants, pistachio dacquoise, and kopi-misu.
