Their delivery takes a few weeks but they have good customer service, had books that were damaged and they replaced them without much fuss. Amazon.sg would be your best bet for fastest delivery, free with Amazon Prime.
Apr 5, 2023 · Sadly, Book Depository has announced its closure on 26 April 2023. Its reasonably priced books and free worldwide shipping was a main draw. Anyone has personal recommendations for alternative websites?
The closest thing was a group called EX Book Depository Argentina, I requested authorization to join but I'm not sure if it's the same thing. Gracias! About Betterworld, I placed a test order so we'll see what happens, I'm struggling to get a tracking number that works with Correo Argentino (2 letters, 9 numbers, 2 letters).
Oct 19, 2021 · Ordered from book depository on Nov 1 and was afraid of the delivery process after reading these reviews. But my delivery went ok, so thought I'll add my experience in case it helps anyone. Dai post outsourced to WMG delivery for my delivery within Singapore, and I did get my order within 4 days of the parcel reaching Singapore.
Aug 7, 2018 · Just use the search function. Bras basah complex has quite a number of bookstores. The one at the first floor, Evernew bookstore sells quite a number of used books for cheap. They have books at the front for $2.90 each, i just bought a bunch of fantasy books from them a few days ago.
Jul 8, 2020 · I’ve ordered from them a few times through their website and through Amazon - in both instances it took quite a while for my order to arrive (6-8 weeks), and this was pre Covid-19. I've ordered several times quite recently. It took them 3/5 weeks to deliver. Ordered during circuit breaker it took 1.5 months.
My book condition was always almost perfect when I buy from bookdepository. Seems slightly cheaper also. On a side note I really like bookdepository and I’m so grateful they ship to Singapore. So yeah some bias there haha Edit: sometimes Times run some discount and it can be cheaper there. Plus you get to have your book immediately.
Its totally legit, as long as you know they don't ship books together and it takes a few weeks. I ordered 8 books at once and all 8 came on separate sequential days. Book Depository is owned (and operated as far as I know), by Amazon themselves. I live in Canada and have made multiple purchases from Book Depository.
