At the third prompt, say "Even more options". At the fourth prompt, say "It's something else". At the next prompt, do not say anything or enter your tracking number.

FedEx is the worst piece of crap. You cannot find a more unreliable and incompetent logistics company. No wonder why Amazon banned them from providing any service to Amazon and their subsidiaries a couple of years ago. Every single shipment I get with them is either ridiculously late, damaged or lost.
