Jun 26, 2024 · Knicks need someone else who can create a shot. Brunson is great, but we saw in the playoffs his efficiency suffers when teams know he's the only threat to create anything. OG, Bridges, DDV all nice tertiary scorers but all limited. If they move Randle, they need someone else to help Brunson, not a defensive center imo.

The Knicks have had consecutive losing seasons, signed an injured declining Anthony to a max, and they're expected to over pay overrated players like Monroe and possibly even Rondo. Not to mention the Knicks have a rookie GM and coach both of which didn't do too well in their first season's.

Jun 26, 2024 · It’s best deal to make under the current CBA to be honest, you make any other type of trade (pg, Jimmy, kat) you would have to move Randle in any of those deals you would be hard capped at the 2nd apron, while at least now you are hard capped at the apron while potentially keeping your core together and adding Mikal to the mix.
