Dec 13, 2023 · From 13 Dec 2023, the tender of hawker stalls at NEA-managed markets and hawker centres will be conducted electronically via the E-Tender system. Tenderers who wish to participate and bid for a stall will have to submit the Form of Tender through the E-Tender system.

When and how do I tender for a stall? NEA’s tender exercise is typically from 13th (10.30am) to 26th (10.30am) of every month. If the 13th or 26th falls on a weekend / public holiday, the tender will start / end on the next working day.
NEA will determine the food type before the allocation of stalls. Please note that stall #02-070 at Commonwealth Crescent Market is not equipped with an exhaust hood.
