Feb 26, 2021 · Coming from someone who has personally bought and used Prism, Asus, AOC, LG, Aorus, Acer and Dell monitors. Been there, bought that. Trust me, in the long run a solid monitor is going to be MUCH more worth than any Prism monitor. Got a x240 bundled with my new CPU from Aftershock at a price of $240.

Aug 16, 2021 · You are more likely to get a replacement for dead/bright pixels for a brand new monitor from Dell/Acer then Aftershock. Anyways more info regarding monitors in this thread, started by me (again). Not getting updated anymore. TV and Soundbar Prism+ Every single one is a rebranded Skyworth or Hisense product.

Last time I hook up my PS4 to this Prism monitor, it keeps showing me 1 scan line that goes up from bottom to top of screen slowly, ()@#$&U*()*$()@. So no, don't buy Prism unless you have eye issues and just want a big screen. Buy Dell, no horse run. Or get a TV.

Pros: Excellent contrast (deep blacks), good picture quality, decent viewing angles. Cons: Slower response times (black smearing), somewhat prone to flickering with adaptive sync enabled.

Jul 24, 2024 · Prism avoid, issue is despite they are cheap. The monitor as well as their TV are not calibrated so colors are wash off thus look horrible. Samsung, Dell, LG etc. brands their monitor have been calibrated so don't look wash off. Pay more for better brands avoid Prism cuz I know some kena psycho into buying Prism monitor.
Dec 2, 2021 · Well i do know that Prism monitors are not the best but based on the price, is very temping and I got 1 and replaced my Philips Monitor. As such would like to see if anyone out there using Prism monitor and adjusted the settings? Care to share your settings with me?
