St Paul’s is home to a spectacular array of art – from the delicate carvings of Grinling Gibbons in the quire to Sir James Thornhill's gilded dome murals. Modern works created by many decorated artists, including Yoko Ono and Antony Gormley, enrich the daily pattern of worship in the Cathedral.
We have a number of sightseeing tickets available, with discounts for children, students, seniors over 65, and families. Tickets give you access to the Cathedral Floor and Crypt, the Dome Galleries, our multimedia guides and any temporary exhibitions and installations.

St Paul's, one of the most iconic buildings in the world, is a place of worship, a centre of learning and a visitor attraction. As a result, we have around 200 employees from all backgrounds with a diverse range of duties.
Evensong is the treasure of the worship here at St Paul’s. It is a service of sung Evening Prayer, taken from the Book of Common Prayer of 1662. This meditative and reflective service lasts for around 45 minutes, giving space to pause for a moment as the day draws to a close.
Guided tours. If you’re short on time, we have a number of talks that last a maximum of 20 minutes. All our guided tours are provided in English – but if you’re not an English speaker, or want to explore the Cathedral at your own pace, we have multilingual audio guides available, too.
St Paul's Cathedral is pleased to announce the appointment by the Bishop of London of Sir Peter Estlin as Chair of the Cathedral Council, in succession to Sir Roger Gifford who sadly died in office in May.
