Feb 15, 2016 · Hi I have same problem as Alexdnn, with utorrent and norton. it seems like if it happend after the last update 3.4.5. norton shuts down all the trackers for each .torrent file, saying something like "this tracker is trying to do an unregistered / illegal action" (i dont use my utorrent client in english). when I check the norton log I also got something about opencandy
May 2, 2021 · Click Start / Settings / Update and Security / Windows Security / Virus & Threat Protection / Manage Settings / Add or Remove exclusions. Click "add an exclusion" select "folder", in the page that appears browse to: C:/Users/name of pc/AppData/Roaming. highlight utorrent folder, click select folder. That's it.

Take note of trackers you can connect to - they usually say 'working'. Right click and 'Add Tracker'. In the window copy the address of the working trackers. Close 'Add tracker' window.

May 31, 2014 · PB has a choice to either click on "Get this Torrent" or "Get torrent file". Get this Torrent= Magnet. Get torrent file= .Torrent. As mentioned above re-associate both magnet and .torrent within utorrent and/or your browser.
Aug 16, 2014 · uTorrent (for Windows) Troubleshooting. Unable to download any torrents. All of the torrents I have tried to download get stuck on "connecting to peers 0.0%." This is what my trackers say: DHT status says "waiting for announce..." Local Peer Discovery says "working" Peer Exchange says "working" All of the other trackers say "Connection timed out."

I don't have any to peers files, this is in spirit of Torrent, so peer to peer is ok. So today, by upload my file, limewire user have succes to download my parts of file.
