Mar 14, 2024 · The Tripartite Alliance for Fair and Progressive Employment Practices (TAFEP) was set up in 2006 by the tripartite partners (Ministry of Manpower (MOM), NTUC, and SNEF), to promote the adoption of fair, responsible and progressive employment practices.
The guiding principles are stated in the Tripartite Guidelines on Fair Employment Practices that are formulated by the Tripartite Alliance for Fair and Progressive Employment Practices (TAFEP). As an employer, you can follow these principles to adopt fair employment practices:
