Jetstar Asia Airways Pte Ltd (operating as Jetstar Asia) is a Singaporean low-cost airline headquartered at Changi Airport. It operates services to regional destinations in Southeast Asia to countries such as Myanmar, Cambodia, Malaysia, Indonesia, Philippines, Thailand and Vietnam.
Valuair offered flights between its base in Singapore to Jakarta, Denpasar and Surabaya, with Bangkok as a codeshare with Jetstar Asia. Aug 11, 2009 · SINGAPORE – Valuair and Jetstar Asia are working out the details of a merger, reports said. A Singapore daily, The Business Times, reported that an agreement is to be signed tomorrow but it has to receive approval from all Valuair shareholders. The daily also said an independent valuer will work out what the final shareholding structure would be.
