We endeavour to share and celebrate all aspects of culinary kingdom through our food guides, online content, eateries, specialised events, projects and TV shows.
Local. Family-friendly. Founded in 1997 by photojournalist KF Seetoh, Makansutra celebrates the diverse food culture that we have here in Singapore. Here at Gluttons Bay, indulge in a variety of local street food such as satay, oyster omelette and fried carrot cake.
Satay is arguably the most famous snack in Singapore. This Indonesia inspired meat skewers come richly marinated with 12 spices and slowly grilled over charcoal fire for that distinct smokiness.
