This is probably one of the best Mark Levinson amplifier ever made, during the past 20 years many electronic components came into my house and left, the 23.5 remains. I have compared this to Proceed, Krell, Aragon, and many other high end makers.

Turning to measurements of linear changes wrought by the 23.5 on a signal, fig.6 shows the waveform of a low-level 10kHz squarewave, this excellent in shape with no ringing, and a rounded leading edge due to the amplifier's restricted ultrasonic bandwidth.
May 30, 2020 · The good news is the very largest electrolytic capacitors almost never fail and that does keep the price down to some extent. However the repair takes in the neighborhood of 30 hours. The result is an amplifier with the original specifications and classic Mark Levinson sound.
My ML 23.5 powers ET LFT4 speakers that require both high voltage and amperage to perform to its highest. These demands are fully and adequately met by the ML 23.5. It never sounds harsh or bright but I suspect it has to be matched with correct equipment and interconnects.
