Muhammad Faishal bin Ibrahim Khan Surattee (Jawi: محمد فيصل إبراهيم; born 16 June 1968) is a Singaporean politician who has been serving as Minister of State for Home Affairs and Minister of State for National Development concurrently since 2020.
Faishal now oversees programmes supporting the rehabilitation and reintegration of offenders and ex-offenders and DrugFreeSG. Since entering politics in 2006, Faishal has held portfolios across the Ministries of Health, Transport, Education, and Social and Family Development.
Associate Professor Muhammad Faishal Ibrahim was promoted and appointed as Minister of State for the Ministry of Home Affairs and Ministry of National Development effective 27 July 2020.
AP Muhammad Faishal Ibrahim was elected as Member of Parliament (MP) for Marine Parade GRC in 2006 and is today, MP for Nee Soon GRC. He is currently on the Government Parliamentary Committees for Environment and Water Resources and Manpower.
