For almost every billers, after we log on to the RHB internet banking sites --> click on "BillPay" --> click "open payment" --> select a biller --> click "Next", beside entering something like bill account number and the amount to be paid, there is an additional field named "Payee".

It's worse cause I have my RHB card for over 3 years and it's my primary bank for my savings and loan accounts. yeah rhb everything need to do at branch. i been twice due to rhb cc collection, then online banking activation. so troublesome. If you are not a CASA customer, open a Savings account with a debit card for Internet Banking (if you need Internet Banking for RHB CC account).
