Aug 25, 2024 · Provide me your Channel 4 app User ID & session ID found in the app by C4 app: SETTINGS > System information > and provide the “User ID” and “Session ID” (screenshot is fine). If the apps completely inaccessible on your Sky Glass or Sky Stream, sign into your Channel 4 account using a different device & get me this detail instead along with confirming the device used.
Sep 22, 2024 · All 4 app won't load. When you select a programme to watch, the app tries to open and is stuck with the green 4 on a black page and won't open the app. First try pulling the plug for a few minutes. if that doesn't solve it use the refresh apps setting in settings . This does take a few hours to complete in the background.

Select 'Setup' or 'Wireless Settings'. Click the 'Channel' drop-down and select a number ('auto' is default) Click 'Apply' to change the wireless channel.

NOW 70s moves from 361 to 355 on satellite only. NOW 80s moves from 362 to 356 on satellite only. NOW ROCK moves from 363 to 358 on satellite only.

As noted in the October channel changes, That's 70s is being rebranded as That's Christmas and is moving to 188 (Sky Q), and will have a mix of Christmas music and films. Report post.
Aug 3, 2024 · Just to confirm about Sky Sports plus. As it will be a Satellite channel (Ch 412) you will be able to record the linear content on that channel. However if Extra games need the Red button to Access the Sky Sports app then these cannot be recorded. View this Answer within the discussion. Report post.

Tiny Pop+1 launches to 629 on satellite. Pop Max HD moves from 214 to 215 in the UK and 215 to 216 in NI and ROI on Sky Glass/Stream.
