It is (I think) relatively common knowledge that in America, the first book in the Harry Potter series is called Harry Potter in the Sorcerer’s Stone, while in England it is called Harry Potter and the Philosopher’s Stone. As an American, the book I own is called Harry Potter and the Sorcerer’s Stone.

Director commentary, trivia and facts, it'll be fun. But there is also the feature where if the port key appears, it adds in a deleted or extended scene.

Oct 8, 2020 · Sorcerer's Stone Book vs. Movie. Currently Reading. So I just finished the first 5 chapters of Sorcerer's Stone and didn't realize how much was changed. Like Hagrid getting Harry ready for school and the lead up to the ride to King's Crossing. I didn't realize that there was a gap in time between meeting Hagrid and going to school.

Jul 11, 2023 · Film 4, quite frankly, was a horrid disaster, Film 6 didn’t bother including any of the scenes from Book 6 that were necessary for setting up the plot in Book 7, and therefore, Films 7 & 8 just made crap up to move the story along, and it came out contrived and cringeworthy. 1. Nov 23, 2020 · Every Harry Potter movie in 1080p + ENG subs. Locked post. New comments cannot be posted. These are good for an easy grab but the bitrate of these is very low. 1.8Kb for 1080p isn’t great. There’s 720p rips out there with 4x the bitrate of these 1080p releases.
Aug 18, 2020 · Found in the Teaser Trailer is a deleted shot of Hagrid walking with Harry, Ron and Hermione after the Quidditch match. In this scene, they find out that the three-headed dog is named Fluffy. Harry and Dumbledore’s conversation about the Mirror of Erised was extended, as seen in the Behind the Scenes B-Roll and script.
Nov 16, 2001 · Positive —As someone who has read the entire Harry Potter series (so far, that is), I was delighted to see that the film adaptation of “the Sorcerer’s Stone” was very accurate to the original story. I do, however, have a growing concern over the influence that Harry Potter’s success has had on the literary world.
May 9, 2023 · Yep. You can really tell when they went from film to digital. This is a really common misconception, probably started because Jeff from Films at Home didn’t do his research, but all 8 movies were shot on film. However, only the first two have 4K DI’s, the rest were finished at 2K and therefore upscaled.
