The Müller group uses cryo-electron microscopy, X-ray crystallography, biophysical and biochemical approaches to learn about the molecular mechanisms of transcription regulation in eukaryotes, in whom DNA is packaged into chromatin.
The group was founded by Prof. Christoph Müller in 2010. During the past years the team has been constantly growing and at this moment consists of more than 20 researchers.
