Jul 16, 2022 · Prior to anything I renamed the ost files (one file was corrupted and the other was created as a backup) then went on to add a new location for the ost file by going to Control Panel - User Accounts - Mail Setup - Data Files. (POP) Made a new default data file but did not delete the original data file. By doing so, I was now able to open Outlook.
