I honestly didn’t see what/why people where hating on the movie so much, it was a masterpiece. I definitely wouldn’t put it as my favorite in the franchise, but the film did not disappoint.

Many of the character's species are greatly influenced by their roles or their personnality (Sometimes it's the other way round) : Tai Lung is a snow leopard, he is predator of the Red Panda and the Panda. Tigress represents the other side of the Ying and Yang. Monkey is witty and clever and he is a monkey.
Also we have not seen much of Oogway fight, but it might have been more like Oogway was more spiritual power than Chameleon cause Chameleon did not steal Po’s power too, he just transformed into Po. Then suddenly we cut to the Chameleon’s portal to the spirit realm that is left unattended in the background. Slowly we see the silhouette of a turtle like figure walking out of the portal. Mar 13, 2024 · Kung Fu Panda 4 is a fun movie (take that as you will) that takes its audience on an action-packed, surprisingly funny, yet relatively contained adventure on which Po doesn't really do much. It's an inconsequential, safe sequel that doesn't really hurt the franchise but adds close to nothing. I had a good time watching the movie.
