  2. While currently set at 250/25Mbps, NBN Co intends to drop the minimum order to a 100/20Mbps product, bringing it in line with the threshold for fibre-to-the-node users. NBN Co said it is currently upgrading around 7000 homes and businesses a week to full fibre.

  3. Please find below some specific detail on how retailers’ feedback will help NBN Co to deliver better products and better outcomes for customers: Launch timing – Firstly, we appreciate RSPs’ encouragement that resulted in us extending the consultation to consider a further proposal to develop three, new, 2Gbps ‘hyper-fast’ wholesale products for residential and business customers.

This will mean, you are somewhat ported to the Node already, however speeds are limited upto 24-25 Mbps. Co-existence means that ADSL services are running with NBN services (VDSL2).

  10. Okay, So I am getting NBN FTTN in my area (6DBLV-03) and I could not find any pillars anywhere or even the big green 'Nodes' from NBN Co. According to Vocus and Optus there is fiber running down Scarborough Beach Road on both sides and there is a junction box at the bottom of the street that fiber runs into, on the Telstra cable map the exchange is 1 street below me.
