It has Bluetooth so I listen to a podcast of music or whatever. Here is my routine: Warm compress eyes. Add drops or gel into eyes. Relax through 1 or 2 15 minute cycles of the eye massager with warming on.

Vision therapy is the key to having a computer job if you have severe eye strain. Our eyes are muscles and keeping them exercised/and or taking care of any Convergence insufficiency through vision therapy is key.
