Wow, I've always thought that Volkswagen Santa Monica is well regarded and does a lot of business, so this surprises me. I bought a car there in 2019 and had a decent experience. And as someone who likes to take my car to a dealership for service, I feel your pain, OP!

Dec 18, 2022 · Driving a VW sedan rn. I can say it is decent. BUT, service centers are few. As in, there are only 3 service centers in the MM: Alabang, BGC, and Manda.

There are only a handful of Volkswagen dealers sa buong Pilipinas and even if I don't own a VW, alam ko na after-sales service will be a pain because their presence is so small. In addition to that, I feel that VW can pull out almost any day or any minute because Ayala has done a bad job in handling the brand (i.e., poor sales).
