Collection of reserved notes starts from 24 to 31 January 2024 (for notes reserved during the 1st reservation window) and 1 to 8 February 2024 (for notes reserved during the 2nd reservation window) at your selected DBS/POSB branches and time slot.
Dedicated new notes collection hours for customers with reservation slots will also be extended to two hours per day, up from one hour per day. The online reservation slots will be organised by two timing windows, with reservation periods commencing on 18 January for the first window and 24 January for the second.

All other customers will need to first book a slot via DBS’ notes reservation system online indicating their preferred branch, date and time of collection, as well as quantity of QR Gift cards and new and Fit notes in respective denominations.
