Today will be spent at home as I shall watch the penultimate stage of the Tour of Spain on TV , plus will also see on TV again the Tour of Britain men's cycle race , which comes close to brackley as well . Otherwise health front OK at the moment .

Today I am on a coach to Weston -Super -Mare , but hoping its cooler on that coast , aim once there is to get a all day breakfast before I do what I plan to do , from past experience the coach is always full . Spoke to a friend yesterday she was ready for theatre on Thursday but operation cancelled they had found underlying heart problems, hopefully they can be sorted soon this is the 2nd time it's been cancelled first time last year due to the strikes.

Had a very busy day yesterday, early breakfast, three dance classes between 10.30 and 1.15, then home where I brought the washing in, and then got ready to hop on the bus for my weekly visit to the shops.
